Clemens Trautwein’s work focuses on project work and project management in national and international research projects. He has professional expertise in Aquatic Ecology and is now using his experience in analytical thinking, managing research and publishing as a specialist librarian at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, School of Engineering & Architecture. He advises and trains researchers in scientific publishing, Open Access, and in research data management.
Clemens received his doctorate in Environmental Engineering (Dr. nat. techn.) from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna in 2013 after completing his diploma in Landscape Planning and Landscape Maintenance at the same university in 2007. In his previous academic career, he has published scientific articles and book chapters as a first author, supervised students as a mentor, and developed and conducted courses at university.
His role in the OA-EASI project involves data management, analysis and evaluation of publication data.
